This policy explains what information Vellacom LLC, doing business as Bangor Home Rentals (“BHR,” “we,” or “us”), collects when you visit bangor-maine.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights. If you have questions, reach us at the contact details at the bottom.

Rental applications, tenant portals, and payment processing are handled through AppFolio, Inc., a third-party platform with its own privacy policy. This policy covers the Site only.

When you submit a contact form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and, if you agree, to send you property listings or news about available units.
